Writers & Rockers Coffee has faced increasingly severe and costly issues shipping to the U.S., with over 25% of orders lost, delayed, or returned in customs and no recovery of shipping or tariff costs, making fulfillment financially unsustainable. These challenges are specific to U.S. shipments—as UK and European orders have grown—yet are compounded by rising economic and political tensions, including the threat of 100% tariffs. After careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend U.S. sales to protect the sustainability of our small, family-run business, with deep gratitude to our U.S. customers and hope to resume when conditions improve.
